How To Prepare For Your Property Inspection

We strongly encourage you to attend the inspection. Walk with the home inspector and ask questions. This is your inspection, make the most of it.

The inspection will last about 2-3 hours, depending on the size and age of the home.

The utilities (gas, water, electric) should be "on" and pilot lights "lit".

Keys should be available for Door, Electrical Panels, Gates, etc. The more access the
inspector has, the more thorough the inspection will be.

Payment is due when the inspection is complete and/or inspection is delivered. Cash/Check,
