WHAT  HAPPENS  AFTER  AN  INSPECTION?
 

   Read the entire report given to you by Crawford Home Inspection inc.
 

   Determine: What is acceptable & what is not acceptable. Are there health or safety concerns?
   What needs further investigation by a licensed technician prior to closing?

As soon as possible after the inspection, using our report and our overview discussion of our finding. In writing submit to your realtor any defects that you  would like to have repaired or upgraded.

   Realize that no house is flawless. Simple cosmetic conditions and deferred  maintenance
   are a part of Home ownership.
 

   Discuss your concerns with you Realtor. If further inspection is needed, your Realtor will assist in
   coordinating access. Review the results of any and all specialty investigations.
 

   At the "Final Walk Through", pay close attention to areas that were not accessible during the
   inspection. Personal belongings (furniture, storage, packing boxes, etc.) could have hidden
   problem areas from the inspector.

   Don't assume problems noted will automatically be repaired. You have to push these Issues.
